What we collect
Only what you send us by email or phone: usually your name, work email, company and message.
Why
To answer your request and prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless we start working together.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps only your cookie-notice and language choice.
Statistics
We measure website traffic with Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics tool (stat.kodeks.app) that does not use cookies. It records aggregated information such as pages visited, referring site, browser, device type and country, and is not used to identify you or for advertising (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
